Rates

This Villa has the following rates, which includes daily American breakfast (Subject to 15% Government Tax & service charges).

Low Season : From  US$250.00 (Jan 9th to June 14th, Oct 16th to Dec 19th)
High Season:   US$300.00 (June 15th to Oct 15th) Easter Week
Peak Season:  US$350.00 (Dec 20th to Jan 8th)

Please note these rates are subject to change and  negiotable  

Minimum Stay
Unless otherwise agreed upon there is a minimum rental requirement of 5 consecutive nights.

General
 The villa can accommodate a maximum number of 6- 8 guests, this must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed upon prior to receipt of full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests which may not be exceeded unless prior arrangements have been authorized by Villa Taksu.

What is Included
 The rent of the Villa includes the salary of the staff, electricity, water, gas, and gardener, local taxes etc. The property is fully equipped with bed linens towels, cooking utensils etc. Drinking water is provided.  The villa has domestic household staff for cleaning and permanent staff at the premises for security and service. When renting the villa there are no hidden costs, surcharges, staff salaries service fees or management fees.  Gratuities for household staff shall be left to the guest’s discretion.

Guest Registration
All villa guests must (in accordance with Indonesian law) be registered with the authorities within 24 hrs of their arrival at their destination. A photocopy of each guest’s passport will be requested by the Villa staff upon or shortly after arrival at the villa. A registration form shall be filled out and signed by each guest and staff will attend to necessary documentation requirements. All costs will be for the account of the tenant.

Destination Information
Security deposits are required for the villa. Deposits are to paid on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages have occurred and repairs  need to be performed or a telephone bill has to be paid. An information pack is placed in the villa prior to guest’s arrival, which provides visitors with maps, names and phone numbers of recommended restaurants, brochures for tours along with contacts for airlines consulates and doctors.

Payments and cancellations
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the owner within seven (7) days after confirmation of reservation has been given, Final payment is  required 45 days pride to arrival in Bali or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded in full less $100 if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival.

Terms of payment
Payments only to bank details as provided on invoice.

Check -out times
Check out time for our property is 12 noon unless this has been clearly stated in writing. 

Transport We can arrange  for  a private  driver  and car and  airport transfers

Telephone use, terms and conditions 
Internet  is present in the villa. , Payment according to usage. The villa can provide a local Bali number for your mobile if required, staff can purchase credit for you at anytime.

Flight Information
Guests name(s) should be submitted to us prior to final payments along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers if required

Liability
Owners or agent reserves the right at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. Owner or agent will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion with respect to accommodation, tours, car rentals, including any substitutions. Owner or agent disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private home or villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of agent or owner, its servants, employees or agent.
